Act 5 Balbala the Traitor won't drop a djinn Baryn Coin with 3 trials.

I have fought Balbala the Traitor in Act 5 around 7 times and she has not dropped the correct Item to complete the Ascension of Power quest. I have reloaded or continued with the story between defeating the boss each time.I have seen posts on Reddit describing what seems to be the same issue as this.
