No coins/points from purchase and store keeps loading

I have reached out to support for months, they got back to be once and never followed up with my response. I don’t know what else to do. I quite playing the game because my stash is so unorganized without tabs and I can’t buy them. Now what? No one responds , they will tell me on this to contact support instead of this with no response after an email. It’s a circle.
