Coins from launch still not appearing

Coins havent appeared for me since launch and customer support hasnt answered my emails since launch. This is not acceptable. This is the 2nd forum post. Not sure how this poor level of service is considered accerpable. Just taking my money and running with it.

I have sent an email to thr support email in december and have had no help. This is why i am coming here and just to get a copypasta to tell me to do thing that ive said i have already done is crazy disrespect.
