Game Crashed when i entered the burning monolith

Completely ruined my end game. I was in a full party, so there were no more portal and my game crashed. I lost all of my fragments!!! Can I at least get my fragments back, that's almost 4 divine i lost.

Or at the very least, reset my quest so i can go get the fragments again!
