No Response via email after providing character nicknames

Is it normal that after responding to GGG’s request to provide the nicknames of my in-game characters, I haven't received any feedback for over ~10 days? The request was made via email, and I contacted the official account.
Should I send another email asking for an update on my situation? Last bumped on Mar 14, 2025, 6:15:02 PM

It's normal for sure.
For me it has been a month that I don't get any response after providing all details. So you need at least 20 more days wait time to be on-par with most of us. | |

A new patch is coming out soon, bringing new problems, but what about my request? Is there any chance to get at least some feedback? |

The website has a https://www.pathofexile.com/ladders page, so I think they should add a https://www.pathofexile.com/support-response-ladder page so we see who's waiting the longest...

Literally the same. I received rather quick response with ask for a character names and then nothing. Reading the forum I figure I might expect a month before next response, right? *sadge*
