POE2 freezes on loading screen

The game completely freezes on the loading screen when transitioning between locations. This happens if I move around locations frequently. When it freezes, nothing helps except restart the computer.
My PC produces a stable 100+ FPS, so the reason is clearly not its performance.

I also want to note that I bought the game on Windows 10, and there were no such problems.
