POE 2 Trials of Chaos

Door won’t shut so I can’t enter it anymore. I’ve been having to jump between normal and cruel mode to reset the door but now it doesn’t shut. I have even tried logging off, resetting the game and turning off my console with no success. Has anyone else had this problem?
