New Latency spiking issues

I have been having issues with non-stop latency spikes from my standard 30-40ms up to 300-500ms and sometimes higher oscillating non stop. It makes the game unplayable. sometimes I can switch server locations and it will resolve for a map or so, but then come back. I had one night where there wasnt any issue, but now its been 3/4 the last days. Previously, I never had any latency spike issues like this for the entire EA.

I have tried many of the noted solutions to network issues. restarted router, switched ports, and I am on hardwire not wifi. I don't have any similar issues with anything else on PC. Interest speed test was fine and 800/400mbps updown.
