Thoughts on League starter candidates?

Hello all, with all the rumors of a new league starting soon in POE2, I wanted to get the communities thoughts on solid league starters.

In my eyes, to qualify as a league starter build it should have the following:

Campaign Runner
Build should level quickly through the campaign. No signficant bottlenecks requiring specific items or difficult transitions. Although with strength stacking Pillar of the Caged God, this should be easily achieved for any class.

Mapper
Once into mapping, the build is able to run T15s without repeatedly dying on a minimal budget ... let's say < 4 divs at the end of week 1 of the league.

Farmer Friendly
Able to easily implement a reliable farming approach. The idea here is that the league starter would act as a source of revenue for an expensive, endgame focused build.

High Movement Speed
Moving quickly is one of the keys to success in POE2 and having the ability to move quickly is not only a good defensive layer but also a huge time saver in the game. Having innate high movement speed would be a huge plus. This relates to Farmer Friendly, Campaign runner, and Mapper but I think is important enough to call out on its own.

High ceiling
A nice to have would be that the build is able to progress through fully juiced engame content with further investment.

Clear Instructions
Another nice to have but having a clear build guild to shepherd the user through to the final form would be great to have.

There are some league starter builds listed at PoE 2 League Starter Builds but many of these require chase items to get going and lack clear transitions to their end state.

What are your thoughts?

Personally I am a fan of Infernalist Minion Witch.

uhhhh we're not getting a league until after poe gets 3.26.... so like march/april for poe2 and there will be lots of changes so no one could know what would be a good starter until we know the changes
