Chaos Trial (Trialmaster bug)

Upon killing the Trial master (he was dead on the floor) a additional strike happened and it killed my character while I was looting.

This attack from the grave caused me to lose out on the item drops + the ascendacy and now I have to repeat the thing 3-6 more times to even get another shot since the relics needed for the door drop randomly.

This needs to be addressed and Ascend points beyond the first set (where you chose your class) needs to be granted immediate upon boss kill to ensure things like this do not happen
