Unable to Equip 2 handed maul

I have giant's blood and my strength is 400, intelligence 54, and level 79.

the weapon I want has strength 110, intelligence 27, and level 79 requirements.

Some reason this item shows as red with no indication on why I can't use it.

3 x 27 = 81

You need 27 more intelligence to equip this weapon with Giant's Blood allocated.
