Problem in ps5. Loot stopped to appear.

For the past 2 days I've been having a serious issue with the game on PS5. After creating 2 new characters to start a new campaign with a friend in local co-op, I noticed that items weren't dropping and only on a few maps during ACT 1 of the co-op campaign did some items drop. I can hear the sound of the loot dropping but I can't see it.
I have tested finishing any map on console with a filter active, in this case FILTERBLADE to see if it could identify the dropped items that weren't showing up on console and it worked. So on console it showed the dropped items but I couldn't pick them up, I can only pick them up on PC. I'm having to clear and finish a map on console, pause the game and resume on PC to get the dropped items that aren't showing up on PS5 but are dropping because FILTERBLADE is showing me the items are there. I've tried uninstalling the game, disabling the filter etc but the error still persists.
