Character Sliding around in Death stance with Full Mana and Energy Shield

There are moments attacks bypass my Chaos Inoculation, Mind Over Matter, and Eternal Youth, causing my character to fall and slide on the ground despite having full mana and energy shield, rendering me unable to recover or act, leading to death unless I close the game.
