Server disconnections

So yesterday i started "The temple of Chaos" finished 1 stage and then was disconnected from server, today i launched the game and my "inscribed Ultimatum" disappear and reward for 1 stage. I want to know is this okay to lose my items and gear (in this case during trials) because of server issues? if i run map then server down and i lose my map and drop?
