Boss-Markers (Quest objective) on Quest/Map screen

So.

I have several characters now who all have boss markers set as "active" / not grey-crossed out.

Ive seen this issue live while questing. But is this something on my part? Can I do something to stop this?

Also.
Is there a chat command like "/passives" that let me know if Ive actually missed some?
