What are some cheap friendly SSF builds for HC?

Ice Strike Monk seems super cheap and doesn't need any uniques to shine. That's what im after honestly. Also, I'm looking for some alternatives for the next league. I feel like Herald of Ice and Thunder are doing to be nerfed so full screen clears won't be a thing going into that.

This is cheap - you only need minion levels on items.

I had a feeling I was going to get minions. Which is fine--honestly it's probably what im going to start the new league with.
