Game keep crashing

Hello, been stuck over a week.

On 5th Act.

Quest Ancient Vows is bugged.

I have both relics for quest, need to make make horn, but when i try to travel to valley of titans.

But when I try, game just crashes. OVER AND OVER.

Tried changing resolution, turning off loot filters. No idea what to do, just stuck.

If i try to log into my 58 lvl warrior, it just freezes, then crashes to desktop, OVER AND OVER.

Just stuck, really lame.

Thanks for any help, not expecting much at this point.

Never had driver issues, or any other problems until this quest.

As I'm transporting there, it would freeze, once i get there... then crash to desktop, no error reports.

Then graduated to logging into character, you see valley of titans, then crashed to desktop while teleporting there to Valley of Titans...
