Belt/Charm Bug (PoE2)

My game drops frames massively when trying to equip another belt.
It started when trying to unequip a belt with two charms slots to a belt with one charm slot and now anytime I try to unequip said bugged belt my game drops to 1 frame and kicks me to the login screen.
