Cannot acess my stash tabs purchased on POE1 acc, cant buy new tabs

I have POE1 from the beta days, bought some stash tabs like currency tab etc on it.

When POE2 came out i bought it on steam, had to make a new account for it, made it with the Same email as POE1.

I have since linked both accounts on the POE site but the stash tabs arent shared between accounts.

I also cannot purchase another Currency tab for example on my POE2 account.

I have written 5 Emails over the span of 20 days to support and havent gotten not even one reply!

Can Someone from support please provide some form of answer, can the accounts be merged, can i get acess to my stash tabs from POE1 acc?
