Still unresolved since december 6
I sent a refund request on december 6. Got a follow up on december 27 asking for the transaction number. Haven't heard anything since so I can't say if I'm still in queue to get resolved or if my request fell into the abyss.
You might want to add a "follow your position in the queue" or something similar to follow your issue. I've read the post about the huge increase in support demands but holy ... RESOLVED EDIT: I got an answer (Feb 26, 2025). I hope GGG reevaluates how it handles/revamps customer support from now on. 61 days since I had my account locked just for asking support to swap my account's registered email for the website.
No response from anyone at support@grindinggear.com. Not one reply. This company is stealing my money and getting away with it. |
