Inventory Bug Help

I have three items in my inventory that i cannot move or interact with in any way. Whenever I try it temporarily bars me from any in game movement until i attack or move one of my functioning items.

The items are Rope Cuffs, Suede Bracers, and Mail Sabatons.

I've relogged a few times and checked integrity of my files.

I don't know what else i can do help please.
