Inventory rollback after beating arbiter

I just beat the arbiter for my 9th and 10th skill points in the arbiter atlas tree. After beating him I pick up a regalia my skill points and directly activate them. I open a portal to hideout, but cannot go through. "Could not connect to any instance" or something like that was the error. Since I can't leave I decide to relog. I am back in my Hideout after relogging, but my inventory and the skill points have been reset to what they were before the arbiter fight. Anything I can do to potentially get the fragments or the regalia and skill points back?
