NOOB TORNADO SHOT QUESTION

When I hover over "tornado shot" (primary skill) with the cursor in the skills sidebar (bottom right of screen), it reads DPS: 114,176. My question is, does or does not this number already include the "number of arrows: 10"? (If not, then my tornado shot's DPS would be 114,176 x 10 or 1,141,760. And supposedly, each arrow fires 3 secondary arrows, so 3,425,280? Any helpful feedback would be greatly appreciated, thanks. And no, I don't use POB.

The only thing I can say is don't rely on the POE tooltip to understand ur DPS, it is very misleading and doesn't account many things.
