Linked email with xbox and now my account is gone

i linked my email with my xbox account and now all my characters are gone along with the gear. i have bought cosmetics and tabs and its all gone

Hey after you linked/merged accounts its logging you in on the new sub account.
Just make a new character then log out to character select screen now look top right you'll see a drop down menu switch sub accounts and you'll have your old chars back |

I cant do that because it is saying i dont have access to the game and i am not paying another 30 dollars. and 3 days later i still havent heard from GGG.
