You can use your stash while doing blueprints, same way that you can use stash during normal contracts: return to the Rogue Harbor.

The portal won't close unless every wing is in lockdown. If it does, that's a bug--which has happened before, but isn't currently the case.

OK, I actually can exit the blueprint, thanks for the tip again. My mistake, got mislead.
