Does this node on atlas passive tree actually work? I have it active, but never saw any map with a boss to gain corruption on entrance.

T15 waystone on a map boss area with irradiated should be minimum level 80 mobs, gaining corruption would make mob level 81, but i've done two areas now that show level 79 mobs for some reason. Seems bugged.
