Overtuned Monsters?

Logged on this morning 27/01/25. Literally died in seconds to a random mob on a t15 map and I am currently level 95 with SUFFICIENT gear where this was NOT an issue for the past week/s? Was there a hotfix or something? Something feels wrong and I have lost all exp which took hours to accumulate.
