No chaos resistance from oaksworn sigil crest shield

Hello.
How in subject. Before changing helmet (without chaos res) gotta 75%. After changing chaos dropped in 55 and resistance from shiled isn't working. Tested with the second same shield, game is ignoring stats with chaos resistance in oaksworn shield.

Log out didn't solve problem.
After game reset everything is working.
