Lost Premium points trying to buy guild stashes

I and one of my guild mates added points to the guild to buy guild stashes and one of our points add did not go through, though it did take from our total we lost 110 points from this attempt.

I also tried to buy a guild stash from the website guild manager page in hopes that THAT one would work, however it took my coins but didn't add the stash. Please help that cost real money and i want it back or what i tried to buy
