friends have gone missing couple times

randomly it removes my friends is their a time this will be fixed like ill have friends for weeks and poof randomly removes my friends . it has happened to me more then once since the game has been out

Sorry you are having issue with the in-game friends lists and I appreciate your post was some time ago, but we are investigating related posted regarding this issue.
Could you please confirm a few things for me: Have you linked accounts with a PC account and your PS5? If so do you play on multiple platforms or purely PS5? The sub-account selection is shown above your character selection list when you have just logged in. Could you also check your "Disable Crossplay" is in its default state "OFF" within your PS5 game options tab. (it should be at the top of the tab) Thanks for your help with this, we just want to confirm information to eliminate potential causes whilst we continue to investigate. |
