poe incentivze RMT by design, now its clearer then ever
since the recent public fiasco we can see where we are with RMT here.
then if one looks at the loot table: -LOTS of drops -Most, to a human it will feel like all, are trash/badly rolled. This is where the botting comes in. Those things will have no issue going through thousands of items and finding the decent ones and put them up on trade. and reading up on the lead form a chinese player threads posted on here, those things are outperforming vast majority of players in the late game giving them access to best ilvls. this is no longer your neighbourhood orb farmer bot. I play ssf, and yes you can progress in game without trade, but the inefficiency of the loot table is also affecting me, because further i upgrade the more shit i have to sift through, with absolutely no way of filtering it out since there is no clear ilvl/tier thresholds for mods which will create some kind of floor. so i still have to look at hundreds of items because all of them can potentially be an upgrade. So the longer I play the loot turns from excitement to a chore, this seems intentional. In trade this is extreme, i don't even have to play it to know that. You can correct me if i'm wrong but all you can do is turn into div farmer, but hearing about the prices gl with that- which loops back to the title. I hope i will be proven wrong and the loot table improves, time will tell. Last bumped on Jan 26, 2025, 10:09:26 PM
