Migrated from SSF and Game is Broken - No Map Device, No Crafting Benches, Lost Stash

I migrated from SSF into Trade and All of the items in my stash tabs are gone (this may be intentional?)

Also, the Map Device in the Ziggarut Refuge is not working. I also am missing reforge and crafting benches across all maps. Some waypoints are also missing.

Did you use the "Migrate All" option? If not, you should be able to use the League Migration button on the character selection screen and choose that option.

Also, make sure that you don't have your stash tabs set to hidden in Options.

I was able to fix it by going back in and doing the migration once again, by selecting ALL as you said.
