I lost a secondary weapon when swapping on PC using controller

I noticed that weapon sw2apping was glitched it was always showing my offhand weapon in my equipped hand.
I attempted to move my secondary quarterstaff into my inventory and now its just GONE. Last bumped on Jan 27, 2025, 2:10:39 PM
