Support Gem: Stomping Ground - not working while a wand is equipped.

Specifically, it's Shield Charge that will not trigger Stomping Ground when your character has a wand equipped. Perhaps it's further bugged with other skill gems.

Anyway, was trying some off-meta stuff for campaign runs and ran into this issue.
