Voltaic Mark Bugged

The Voltaic Mark skill is not working if you have the exact attribute requirements it asks for; you need to have at least 1 extra point for it to function. Additionally, the skill does not indicate that attributes are missing; you simply cannot equip the skill in the action bar.

Additionally, if you try to use the Voltaic Mark while having a bow equipped, the character simply doesn't switch back to the Crossbow... completely removing your movement speed, the ability to attack, and leaving you with a weird animation that looks like you're holding a bow equipped. WTF?

You need to unequip both the bow and the crossbow to be able to use the crossbow again; otherwise, its abilities won't work. Please fix this as soon as possible! I need to use the Storm Arrow ability, but I can't because of this bug!

Well, now i think i have fucked something on my Mercenary... i cant use any skill, because i cant allocate in hotbar, all skils are like this..

I stopped playing with the mercenary because the skill bugged and I couldn't use it anymore... I started playing with a sorceress and, believe it or not, the same error happened, but now with my spark!!!!!! I'm going crazyyyy, how do I play thissssss!

I can't use the skill anymore, it literally "bugged." If I create another spark, it works, but my level 21 one doesn't work anymore. And the worst part is that it was in SSF, it’s so much work to get there...

Same thing happens with Voltaic Staff - only one Spark of two is playable (thank God it was my gem one) and you cannot even select the other one which is bound to the weapon even if you remove the gem from the build.
