Steam offering refunds!

Regardless of GGGs statements they will be taken off steam if they cannot follow their refund policy, enough people had support issues theyre offering refunds now, GL.

In my opinion should not be any refund. GGG warned people this is Early Access and by paying you accepted the terms to not only play the game but as well support GGG. By supporting GGG, they gave 300 coins worth as gift from the $30 purchase. And no one forced you to get a game that will be free in 6 months anyway.

What people expected in the so called "Early Access" ? A full product already? The last major update after holidays already improved the game.

Also I bet that during League release, everyone who thrived from EA start will get a bonus gift.

Seriously its a problem to let go $30 and wait at least for League release? But when the majority of player base around the world buying a packs of cigarette for $30 no one seems to cry for a refund. Might as well put those money in the bucket and burn them.

Even for $30 Blizzard didn't do any good game rofl. Instead of crying for a refund, I would just wait until League release.

Players who got EA will be rewarded and Im 100% sure of that.

Steam's policy is transparent regarding refunds: any game can be returned within 14 days, provided that less than 2 hours have been played.

You won't be able to play 200 hours and get your money back.

We're not talking about small bugs here and there, or not enjoying the game because its in early access and there's content missing.

For a not small portion of the player base the game is completely unplayable and hard crashes computers, and has even bricked systems. We're talking tens of thousands of customers here, there are now two separate threads in the bug reports forum on this issue at over 1000 pages in length. That's thousands of people that know about the forum at all having this problem, the real number of customers impacted is probably 10-20x that.

GGG also has no clue WTF is causing it, because their current idea is that it's an issue with a windows 11 service patch, but there are a bunch of people on windows 10 with the issue as well. This does not bode well for GGGs ability to fix the problem, since they can't even identify the cause correctly. So we're talking about people being unable to even start the game without risking their computer getting toasted. They probably aren't going to be able to play for a long time given what I've noted above about not being able to figure out what is causing it. That absolutely deserves refunds.
