No Hideout.

Hey, i am level 76 i have the Endgame Quest "The Pinnacle of Flame" but i cant speak with Doryani. I dont have an Hideout or something. I already did the first Quest with +1 Tier Maps but still no Hideout. What is the problem? Is it my fault :)?
