I went to endgame but didn't do Venom Crypts prior. How do I find Servi Act 3 Cruel?

I have the corpse-snake venom from Venom Crypts but I got it during endgame and I can't find Servi to give the item to her. Can I get some help?

I got the same problem. By chance, I went to a waypoint in act 3 cruel (for example the jungle one) and then opened a portal to town. It is the only way I managed to go back to Servi.

Zone into Drowned City (Present), then run north-west out of the zone. That will take you to the town with Servi.
The map is very poorly designed. |
