Storm Burst Totems do not stop firing after all nearby enemies are killed

Title. They will continue firing Storm Burst until they expire. This is probably a nice feature for boss fights, where you don't want the totems to need to ramp every time a boss is in sight, but it is quite annoying visually while clearing maps.
