Have you tried to change server? sometimes I get lag, I switch server and it's gone. You should give it a try.

Have you checked the configuration of your router DNS?

I am using 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as DNS on my router, this way you can already improve the speed of your connection not going through the DNS of your own provider.

Also if you are in EU, then Select Amsterdam as server. It's faster
