no loot displayed HELP

I have the problem on the PS5 that I can't see any loot anymore. It's as if you've pressed the Z key on the PC and the loot is no longer visible.

Thanks to the loot filter and minimap, I can see that something is dropping, but I can't pick it up and display it.

I've tried:

- restarting the game

- trying every conceivable key combination on the PS5 controller

- deleting all loot filters, and even if no loot filter is set, nothing can be seen

I hope someone has a solution, I'm at my wits' end...

It happened to me as well on Xbox, on act 2 cruel. Restarted game, console and game again with no luck. Even tried a different toon but it seems that the whole act is bugged.

Same issue.
Cannot see any drops.
Tried a new item filter- no change.
What da hellllllll
