Account still locked after multiple attempt to contact support

Hi, it's been a month since my account got locked. I've tried contacting support several times, i haven't gotten a single reply yet besides a forum reply saying that someone would get in contact with me ( this was 3 weeks ago, no contact since) at this point it feels very bleak.. i'm left wondering if i am ever going go get a response. My account is truelove2007#2345
