My account is locked and customer support doesnt answer me
My account name is JanissaryTM#4605
my main character name is jemmisary i made a mistake in trading and immediately corrected it, but my poe2 account is still locked for hours. I’ve already emailed Support and am patiently waiting for a response, but I wanted to post here in hopes that it can be reviewed or pushed along to a senior staff member. I’ve spent alot of money and thousands of hours on this game because I truly enjoy it and value the community. I understand that rules are taken seriously, and I will be much more careful in the future. I hope this lock can be reviewed, as this has been a frustrating experience. it has been almost a week now and my account is still locked. does this happen to everyone or am i just unlucky?is there another way to reach ggg support? they seem to not reply emails.

It took them two and a half weeks to request more information from me after I emailed them for a different issue. It's now been three and a half weeks since I responded with the information they requested.
You're probably in for a long wait. |

Good Luck in getting any help from them its been 2months for me and still ZERO Support from them, here all you get is the same copypasta (contacted us at support@grindinggear.com, we will respond to you as soon as we can).....
