playstation store 200 points pack

I purchased 200 points pack via PlayStation store(not in game) , then I go to the game, it is not delivered. I tried to refresh the in game buy points page. It still loading, I can’t access the in game buy points page for two days. Can someone fix this? The TAB is on sale ! Please!
