PS5 feedback - quick and easy quality of life fixes

please revert 0.1.1 patch changes:
- max zoom out on atlas, it was way higher
- R3 option to see what quality does on a skill gem, currently there is no way to ckeck it at all
- R3 on item to see details, prefix/sufix tiers

improvements:
- option to permamently turn on/off item details including prefix/sufix along with tiers so that we dont have to push L3/R3 anymore
- make prefix/sufix tier font brighter, max UI Brightness option helps a bit but not enough. with this option set at max, UI gets overexposed.
- add tier brakets, example:
26(25-28)% INCREASED CAST SPEED T5(1-7)
or
26(25-28)% INCREASED CAST SPEED T5(7)
where (7) means there are seven tiers total
- add shortcut to Trial of the Sekhemas from waypoint.
- fix stash in Temple of Chaos, when we press "Triangle" items are droped on the ground instead of beeing moved to stash.


we need stash tabs for:
- Waystones/Tablets
- Catalysts
- Fragments
- Soul cores/Runes
- Expedition (locker?)
- Charms (combine with flask tab)


make Djin Barya and Inscibed ultimatum stackable? or at least make room for them in fragments tab
