Inscribed Ultimatum Crash

I just started a corrupted inscribed ultimatum with the affix "sacrifice up to 3 divine orbs to receive double" when you complete the trial. Immediately after slotting in 3 divine orbs and starting the trial up, my game crashed. I logged back in and the trial closed. Divine orbs and the inscribed ultimatum gone. Doesn't feel great.

It happened the same thing to me this evening
