POE crashing my PC during loading screens

POE keeps crashing my pc during loading screens. Got to play it for a couple of hours and then suddenly my pc crashes every time I try to load

I had recently upgraded my PC running Windows 11 to 24H2 and I've been experiencing similar issues since.

Sometimes the game just gets stuck on the loading screen between zones. The fist symptom the loading screen is going to get stuck is the mouse cursor. It's starts to lag behind my mouse movent, it's movement speed slows to crawl, with occasional 0.5 - 1s windows when it behaves as usual.

I've kept the game running for 20 mins and it did not recover. The only thing that helps is restarting the PC.

The issues happen "in bulk" when I have to restart the PC 3-5 times followed by a half a day of everything working fine.
