WH Galvanic build, single target and boss issue

In the Galvanic build, it’s incredibly difficult, if not impossible, to kill single targets when Herald of Thunder doesn’t activate. On YouTube, I see Galvanic builds switching to a bow for single-target damage, but why should I have to prepare a second weapon build that doesn’t belong to my class? Shockburst Round doesn’t work for bosses. I tried Plasma Blast, but it’s impossible—the charge time is 4-5 seconds, and no boss stands idle long enough to fire it.
What am I supposed to do? How am I supposed to defeat bosses? Can someone please explain how to take down bosses with a Galvanic build without switching to a bow? I regret the day I chose Witchhunter. The power imbalance between classes is unacceptable. Everyone I talk to in public parties says they’ve quit playing Witchhunter Merc and switched to other classes. You need to apply shock, then use Shockburst Rounds to attack the boss.
You can apply shock with a bow (Storm Caller) or Crossbow (Plasma Blast). Utilize Emergency Reload while using Shockburst Rounds, if off cooldown. |

First things first , cap your resistances to %75.
Change that weapon and buy pure Physical. 2 of your skills have %100 conversion. Your clearing with Galvanic bolt gems are also wrong. It should be , Conductor, Martial Tempo, Innervate and FORK > if you afford 6th link i suggest Inspration for mana issues. Shockburst : Lightning Infusion , Concentrated Effect , Heft , Primal Armament > if you afford 6th link add Elemental Focus (or swap with Heft) check which one gives you most damage or close combat , up to your economy. herald of thunder ; magnified effect , lightning mastery , longshot. Emergency Reload ; Ingenuity , premedition , persistance Take a bow to your offhand weapon (swap with X ) and add ; Stormcaller Arrow ; Overcharge , Lasting Shock , Lighting Exposure if you can afford more 5th link add lifetap or swap with Inspration from Galvanic Shards to keep mana usage low. For your Jewels go for ; Crossbow Reload , Magnitute of Shock and Evasion.
