The same problem. It has been 38 days since December 17th. Except for duplicate emails with the same content, there has been no progress.

do you know i'm still waiting for this e-mail change? I provided you every information you wanted, and there is no reply since february 12th. Can someone finally do it once for all? Whole thing started december 8th 2024... It's almost half a year ago! |

I've seen some are waiting since November for most basic and simple requests (!). Some even literal years. (!)
But it's not the support team's fault. GGG management is absolutely incompetent and doubling down on convoluted, non-compliant pseudo-processes. I am sure the daily frontline team is working to the point of absolute exhaustion. While they are sabotaged and battling incompetent management causing 10-20x of already incredible amount of requests and work. That's how it often goes with highly "unprofessional" management. That's why you don't see any sort of customer support update since 3+ months since their initial support-team blame. Absolutely ridiculous. A critical and major incident like this would require service-providers to update their clients on state, plans and following steps at least weekly. Sometimes even daily in many industries. World record unprofessionalism 2024 + 2025. Meanwhile GGG management thinks it's done and good with a single customer support update blaming their own support team, the "unpredictable" number of requests and claiming that 80% of requests were "resolved" within 1-2 weeks. And here we are 4+ months in. Still zero self-reflection and results. People are WAITING, GGG management! Atrocious. |

I’ve had the same issue since December. Support replies every few weeks with vague responses. They keep asking for increasingly bizarre forms of verification — instead of just providing all the necessary information in a single message. On top of that, they don’t even read the full content of the report.
Overall, this is the most incompetent support I’ve ever encountered. |

Here we go again...
After i posted another complaint about this topic i got almost instant reply and since then nothing. It's been next mont since you even wrote something... Can you just finnaly close this case? I gave you all informations you wanted and yet you still want something more and more bizarre. And of course all in separate messages to make this process even longer. JUST SEND ME INFO ABOUT EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO CHANGE MY E-MAIL ADDRESS IN ONE MESSAGE AND FINALLY HELP ME! |

My account was locked since early December and i had to wait ~5 months for GGG to change email address. After the second week of April the email replies from GGG started to come in almost every day (before it was like one reply every 2 weeks to a month). Not sure how it works, maybe they go manually, ticket by ticket, starting with the oldest. So when email replies will start to come more frequently then you know that there's finally someone working on your ticket, instead of just sending automated replies.
