Tower not unlocked after completing previous node

As you can see on screenshot, I completed the previous node [Blooming Field], but the next node, tower did not unlock.

Restarting the client did not fix this.
Tower still unaccessible but the other side did unlock.

I tried to click around to see if there's maybe a different node under the tower but no luck.

Either way, it's something to be looked into.
